Own the English-speaking side of our export desk — qualify inbound inquiries, turn technical specs into accurate quotes, and represent Toneast at trade shows and client visits across our English-speaking markets (US, UK, Australia, India, UAE and beyond).
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from English-speaking buyers
- Read technical drawings and specs, and work with our sourcing team to put together accurate quotes
- Travel to trade shows and client sites to represent Toneast in person
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Keep inquiry and order records up to date
What we're looking for
- Professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Engineering, industrial manufacturing or technical trade background strongly preferred
- Prior sales or business development experience a plus
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and specifications
- Willing and able to travel internationally
Sales Representative — Brazilian Portuguese
Native or fluent Brazilian PortugueseInternational travel required

Brazil is already one of our established export markets, with an after-sales service point on the ground — this role builds on that foundation to grow our presence across Brazil and the wider Latin American market.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound and outbound sales for Brazilian and Latin American buyers
- Bridge communication between buyers and our China-based sourcing and QC team
- Travel to Brazil for trade shows and client visits, working with our existing local service point
- Build long-term relationships with distributors and end buyers
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese
- Working proficiency in English for internal coordination
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Technical or engineering background a plus, not required
Sales Representative — Polish
Native or fluent PolishInternational travel required
Based at our Wuxi, Jiangsu HQ — travel to Poland and wider Europe
Poland is a growing export market for us, and we're looking for someone to build on that in person. Language ability is the priority for this role.

- Own inbound and outbound sales for Polish and nearby European buyers

E-Commerce & New Media Marketing Specialist
Mandarin Chinese + working EnglishDomestic travel to suppliers
Based at our Wuxi, Jiangsu HQ — with trips to supplier factories to film
Build out Toneast's video presence from scratch — plan, shoot and edit the product and factory content that makes our catalog of 400+ industrial products easy to discover online — and help raise the quality of our inbound inquiries and online customer service, under our team's direction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, film and edit video content — product demos, factory and process footage, trade-show recaps — for our website and video platforms
- Build and grow Toneast's presence across video and social platforms into a real online video marketing matrix
- Help improve the quality of inbound inquiries and our online customer service — inquiry form, FAQ and product-page content, response workflow
- Make direct updates to the website — photos, product listings, copy — using our internal content tools, as directed by management
- Keep our new-media channels active: scheduling, posting and basic audience engagement
- Work with the sourcing and sales team to turn new products and catalog updates into content
What we're looking for
- Background in e-commerce or digital / new-media marketing
- Hands-on video production skills — comfortable filming and editing independently
- Strong computer literacy; able to make direct edits to the company website under guidance
- An eye for what makes an online inquiry or service experience feel trustworthy and responsive
- Working English — our site and much of our content is English-facing
- A self-starter who can build a new channel from the ground up
- Willing and able to travel domestically to supplier factories for filming — no international travel required
