AM-DESK Automated 3D Measurement Platform

AM-DESK is a self-contained automation platform: an intelligent control system, servo-driven turntable, safety system and measurement software built to host a collaborative robot arm carrying any SCANTECH 3D scanner. At 75kg and roughly 1 m² footprint, it runs off standard 110–220V mains power and can be set up as a working inspection cell in under 5 minutes. The AM-DESK 60120 turntable carries up to 140kg at 0.05° repeatability and 0.1° absolute positioning accuracy, turning at up to 50°/second, with TCP/IP connectivity. It supports Universal Robots UR5 and AUBO i5/i7 collaborative arms (other brands on request), and multiple external positioners can be networked for automatic path switching across a job lineup. Meets CE safety requirements, with interlocked e-stops, audible/visual status indicators and torque-limited servo motors; works alongside 10-level collision detection on supported cobots without extra guarding. Runs SCANTECH's FlexScan software, which drives KUKA, ABB, AUBO, FANUC and Yaskawa robots and handles product/plan management, data capture and pre-processing, and optimized data export.
