AutoScan-T mounts a TrackScan tracking scanner on a robot arm for automated, marker-free 3D inspection — designed to sit directly in a production line for continuous batch quality control without operator involvement.
The AutoScan-T42 configuration runs 34 crossed blue laser lines at up to 1,900,000 measurements/second across a 310 × 350mm field, 0.025mm accuracy and 0.020mm resolution, with volumetric accuracy from 0.044mm + 0.012mm/m across a 9.1–16.6 m³ working volume when paired with MSCAN-L15. Recommended workpiece size range is 200–6000mm.
Built for rugged, high-interference shop-floor environments — defense, energy, 5G and mold manufacturing are common applications — and integrates with SCANTECH's FlexScan automation software to drive KUKA, ABB, AUBO, FANUC and Yaskawa robot arms. Output over USB 3.0 in .stl/.ply/.obj/.igs/.wrl/.xyz/.dae/.fbx/.ma/.asc, -10°C to 40°C.
