Brazing Flux Mixer

Built around a flux reservoir with a filling mouth, an observation window, a safety (explosion-proof) port, inlet/outlet check valves, a flow-adjust valve to control flux concentration, and a quick-coupling connection to the reservoir for easy refilling. In use, gas passes through the unit and picks up flux vapor before reaching the torch; a properly adjusted flame burns bright green, confirming flux is present. Gas pressure operating range 0.05-0.15MPa; must be used with a flashback arrestor and single-way (check) valve on both gas lines for safety, rated for 3 years of safe service with periodic seal/valve replacement.
