A PC+NC controlled CNC glass edging center for special-shaped and curved-edge glass, with rough/fine grinding and polishing in one pass.
Inline CNC glass work center for special-shaped (irregular) edge grinding, using combined PC+NC control. Small glass pieces can run in a double-station configuration; processing is split into rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing steps, or milling-cutter processing, with the system automatically adjusting speed for each shaped or arc segment. The interface is simple and easy to learn, and the line can be connected via timing belt or integrated with a robot arm for loading/unloading.
