MSCAN-L15 Photogrammetry System
Contact for quote
A global photogrammetry system (SCANTECH MSCAN-L15) that pairs with any SCANTECH 3D scanner to boost volumetric accuracy on large parts — down to 0.012mm/m over a 9.4 × 6.9m field.
MSCAN-L15 is a standalone global photogrammetry system for high-precision geometric measurement of large workpieces and production equipment — a companion instrument that pairs with SCANTECH's handheld and tracking scanners to sharply improve their volumetric accuracy on big parts (2–10m range), rather than a scanner in its own right.
It uses industrial cameras and lenses (not a DSLR) for real-time capture and calculation, with a 6.5m working depth of field and a 9.4 × 6.9m maximum field of view. Paired volumetric accuracy reaches 0.012mm/m — for example 0.015mm + 0.012mm/m with KSCAN-Magic, 0.020mm + 0.012mm/m with SIMSCAN or AXE-B11, and 0.044mm + 0.012mm/m with TrackScan-P42.
At 0.58kg it's hand-portable, with an ergonomic grip, multi-function button and audible/visual capture feedback. HDR mode and blue-LED targets improve detection accuracy, and interchangeable adapters extend measurement to features that coded/reflective targets alone can't reach (cylinder axis distance, hole center position, and similar), with the option to define custom adapters for specific parts. It also supports before/after deformation comparison, generating deviation values directly. Gigabit Ethernet interface, -10°C to 40°C operating range.
