Complete intensifier short block assembly (reference 010558-3) for Flow-compatible waterjet pumps — the full high-pressure end of the pump, from the hydraulic piston through the ceramic ram plungers, low- and high-pressure cylinders, end bells, seal kits, check valve assemblies and electric shift components. Built from a hydraulic piston assembly, 2 high pressure ceramic plungers, a chrome-plated low pressure cylinder, left- and right-hand end bells, spring-energized rod seals, spacer oil seal assemblies, electronic shift actuator assemblies, compression springs and electrical shift pins, reversing brackets, cable assemblies, back-up rings and O-rings, tie rods with hex nuts, high pressure cylinders, back-up seal sleeves, an HP seal kit assembly (Prime Blue), 2 complete check valve assemblies, high pressure end caps (available with a quick-disconnect nipple fitted), and 3/8" HP collars and glands.
