An open-type high-speed precision fin press line for the refrigeration industry, with PLC and rotary-encoder control, variable-frequency drive and hydraulic overload protection.
Open-type fin press production line purpose-built for refrigeration-industry fin production. The line is made up of a high-speed precision punch, material discharge rack, oil tank, pull-material (feeding) device (single/double-jump), material feeding frame, frame, electrical system and pneumatic system.
The main press uses variable-frequency speed control and has a hydraulic overload protection function; a human-machine interface together with PLC and rotary-encoder electrical control keeps every function of the automatic production line running reliably. AK110 and AK125 variants are also available for special fin profiles.
