Also called Return Bender. A fully automatic machine that cuts coil tube, bends it into small-U or double-arc shapes, and inserts a ring sleeve, for refrigeration and HVAC fittings.
Feeds tube coil through an inner-drawing rack, chipless cuts and automatically counts, then hydraulically feeds and servo-bends into small-U or double-arc "cross" U shapes, with automatic ring-sleeve insertion — available in 4/5/6-station configurations. Precision linear-motion guide rails and a high-precision servo system, with hydraulic drive through a precision planetary reducer; die changes allow different U-shapes and spec ranges from one machine.
