A single water-expansion forming step replaces the traditional multi-stage waveform process, giving simple, fast production. Also available as a full automatic bellows production line.
Models GB-30-600/60-800/100-1000: clamping force 160-250 tons; max processing pipe diameter Φ30/Φ60/Φ100mm; max open length 600/800/1000mm; max water pressure 100MPa; cycle time 15-30s depending on model.
