A full-automatic line that feeds tube, forms a 90-degree bend, and clamps/expansion-forms the fitting socket in one continuous process.
Operators load raw tube; a feeding-machine robotic arm feeds tube into the bending unit for a 90-degree bend, then the bent tube is conveyed to the water-expansion unit for socket forming, with mechanical-arm transfer throughout — one operator can run 2-3 lines at once.
Models built around SDN-25/50 water-expansion units with bending stage: max processing diameter DN25-DN50 depending on model, cycle time 18-30s.
