A CNC machine that spin-closes (seals) the open end of a tube, using a rotary spindle and mechanical propulsion for a clean, leak-tight end-seal.
Built around a dedicated rotating spindle, mechanical propulsion mechanism and fixed clamping, with a cyclone-style rotary closing mechanism and automatic solenoid-valve tube lubrication. CNC or PLC control via pneumatic/hydraulic media and dual-axis servo motion, with a variable-frequency motor and precision planetary reducer driving a high-speed precision spindle. Includes automatic alarm functions; program changes allow different tube-end shapes.
