Long U-Pipe Bending Machine

This line handles the full long-U forming process: feed guide bushing, straightening wheels, cutting assembly, outer cutter, center sleeve, push-knife assembly, feeding mechanism (pulleys/belt), a universal mandrel system (including a DLC-coated option for extended wear life), and a bending frame with a matched long-U mold set (bending die, clamping die, forming die) plus an automatic material-receiving rack. Spare parts and wear components (mandrels, dies, guide bushings, stripper tubes) are available separately. Ask us for capacity/tube-diameter range and current lead time.
