Feeds copper tube coil through inner-drawing (active) uncoiling, straightening, servo-controlled cut-to-length and chipless cutting, then bends it into a fixed-length U-shape — covering everything except manual coil loading and unloading. Handles TP2 soft copper tube, coil weight up to 180kg; bends 2, 6, 8, or 2+2/8+8 tubes simultaneously; bend radius from R8; processed length 100-3000mm (after forming), customizable longer; tube diameter Φ5-Φ19.05mm; cycle time under 12-20 seconds depending on length; length tolerance as tight as +/-0.5mm.
